Sewing forums: Do people use them?

SewCity.com has been around for a little while – since 1995 to be exact. We’ve gone through various incarnations of development and services offered. One of the features we’ve always tried to promote is the “sewing forum“. Strangely enough, people simply don’t seem to want to use it.

The questions is simple – why not? Is there a reason why nobody uses the sewing forum. Now, I realize there is still the hysteria of losing personal information if you register, but that simply is not the case. All you really need to do is use your own email as you will receive an email from us asking you to confirm your registration. Any other personal information you want to use is completely up to you. You can make up a name – pretend to be someone else.

We simply want people to feel comfortable to make this site successful. Submitting entries and questions into the forum or even on this blog is a great way to get involved and perhaps even help out others with questions.

We look forward to hearing from you!
